Is it sometimes too busy at the restaurant/store and you need to stop accepting online orders? Use this simple feature and temporarily pause online orders. After the set time, online orders will be enabled again. Choose a specific time of the pause or pause it until the 'Rest of Day'.
Go through the steps or scroll down to check a short screen recording.
[1] Log into Figure POS with your credentials.
[2] Go to Menu -> Settings -> Online Ordering.
[3] Hit PAUSE ORDERS. Choose Pick Up / Delivery or both and set time for which you would like to pause online orders.
[4] Hit ACCEPT.
Now, online orders will start being accepted after the set time. But you can always cancel the pause anytime you want – by clicking the bin icon. See the screenshots below or the recording at the bottom of the page.
